Brian Dennis is an expert PA and NJ Certified Real Estate appraiser. He studied at the University of Vermont and Graduated in 2009 with a BA in Environmental Business Management. He has completed several thousand appraisals since he began his career in the industry. Brian specializes in single-family and multi-family residential real estate appraisals. He is intimately familiar with all aspects of the appraisal business and has consistently been a top performer within the industry. Brian has an outstanding record and reputation in Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Chester County, Berks County, Bucks County, Delaware County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Atlantic County, and Cape May County.
Brian has been LEED Certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and has a special interest in Green construction and living. Brian is also an accomplished white-water kayaker, snowboarder and climber. He lives on a horse farm in New Jersey with his wife and son; he enjoys the
great outdoors, building and engineering projects, auto mechanics and spending time with his family.
